| 1. | In accordance with the organization law of the aviation training institute , the ati is entitled to have 25 to 36 staff in its personnel structure , and is composed of one director , one deputy director , one section chief in each of the four sections , educational affairs section , simulation and retraining section , training and development section , and general affairs section , 2 senior staff , 6 - 10 instructors , 1 - 2 technical staffmembers , 2 - 6 staffmembers , 4 - 6 technical assistants , 2 office assistants , 1 personnel staff and 1 accountant
